What is the minimum order?
Just 12 scarves — a committee’s first run — with tiers that fall steeply for club shops, school programmes and uniform fleets.
How fast will my scarves arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and orders ship in about 2 weeks, express available. For fixtures, term starts and season openings we go further: the delivery date goes in writing with the quote, and we decline dates we cannot make.
Woven or printed — which does my scarf need?
Woven (jacquard) when the design must live in the cloth: crests, stripes, lettering, both faces finished — the supporter and school tradition. Printed when the job is a lighter dress scarf carrying a pattern. We answer per design, honestly, before quoting.
Can you match our exact colours?
Yes — threads and inks are matched to your stated colour spec, not to a screenshot, with a woven proof before the run. No spec yet? We establish one with you once, hold it on file, and every future run — and every future season — matches.
Will next year’s run match this year’s?
That is the point of the file: your pattern, stripe sequence, colour spec and construction are recorded, and every rerun is produced against them. School scarves woven decades apart should be— and with us are — identical.
Is a supporter scarf the same as a pashmina?
No, and we’d rather say so: a supporter scarf is a terrace tool — woven, robust, graphic. If what you want is drape and eveningwear for a gala, that is a pashmina specialist’s product, not ours, and we will point you there instead of selling you the wrong thing.
What can knit scarves carry?
Warmth first, branding with restraint: knit texture eats fine detail, so crests simplify to a clean mark, an embroidered wordmark or a woven hem label. When the full crest matters, the jacquard woven scarf is the honest recommendation.
